Not always get a computer to assemble the wing perfectly the first time you may fail at some time.
• A long beep: Memory problem. Make sure you've correctly inserted the memory module. If so and the problem persists, then you may be spoiled.
• One long beep then 2 short: video error. Possibly the video card is not sufficiently tight to the socket.
• A long beep and 3 short: video error. The video card does not work or there is a problem with your memory.
• A continuous beep: error plate. If this beep, the board may be faulty, but may also be due to another component.

Another common problem is that the floppy drive LED is always on because of misplacement of the connectors. If the cable has two connectors for 3.5 "drive then you should use the other connector. It is right that, if a single drive, connect to the end of the cable.
Anyway, if we believe that the motherboard fails better check the connections of all components, disconnect and reconnect the memory components such as processor and video card.
